Georgie: I don't know, your mom was pretty upset about one little picture.
Mandy: Yeah, true, but you have to admit it was kind of weird that she smuggled it into the house.
Georgie: [chuckles] I guess. But to be fair, your mom does exclude her.
Mandy: Well, it's not intentional. We're just here with the baby.
Georgie: I'm just saying, I can understand where my mom's coming from.
Mandy: Yeah, and I can understand where my mom is coming from.
Georgie: Wow.
Mandy: Wow what?
Georgie: I've never heard you take her side in anything.
Mandy: [scoffs] I'm not taking her side. I'm just seeing things as they are.

Mandy: Okay, how do I look?
Jim: Beautiful as always.
Audrey: A little too much cleavage.
Mandy: Well, when I'm not working for tips, I'll cover up.
Audrey: Is that the lesson you want to teach your daughter?
Mandy: Are you kidding? These are all I am to her.

Jim: You're workin' for Fagenbacher?
Georgie: What can I say? He knows talent when he sees it.
Audrey: Freddy gave you a job?
Mandy: Please don't say "Freddy" and "job" in the same sentence.

Audrey: It's gonna go great.
Mandy: Yeah, I think so, too.
Audrey: So, are you feeling more confident about all this?
Mandy: Yeah. Yeah, I can do this. You know, I bet it goes so well that they ask me to fill in again next week. And then they'll probably recommend me to the affiliate in Houston, and... and then they'll offer me the job and I'll have to tell Georgie we need to move and he's not gonna want to and it's gonna be a huge fight and I don't want to move CeeCee away from her grandparents but this is my dream job! [goes back into the dressing room]
Audrey: Look at the bright side: maybe you'll stink.

Georgie: You know, when you think about it... [Mandy slaps Georgie's arm] Best not to think about it.

Georgie: I really want to thank you for trying to straighten things out with my mom.
Audrey: I'm glad someone appreciates it.
Georgie: For what it's worth, I think Mandy was a little out of line.
Audrey: I'm used to it. Everything's always my fault.
Georgie: Not true. Getting pregnant... that one, she blames square on me.
Audrey: As do I.
Georgie: She had a little something to do with it, but I'll spare you the details.
Audrey: Thank you.

Mandy: Mary, you know you're always welcome here.
Mary Cooper: Am I? Sure doesn't feel that way.
Audrey: Oh, come down off the cross.
Mary Cooper: Lady, you do not want me to come down.
Georgie: All right, all right, y'all need to cool your jets.
Mary Cooper: Don't worry, I am leaving.
